Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract (Pro subscription, add-ons) within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of contract conclusion (Stripe payment confirmation).

To exercise the right of withdrawal, inform us - RD MindMedia LTD, Anemonis 218c, 8560 Peyia, Cyprus, hello@invopulse.io - by an unambiguous statement of your decision. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we received your withdrawal notice, using the same means of payment as in the original transaction. You are not charged any fees for the refund.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For service contracts, the right of withdrawal may expire if the trader has begun performance with your express consent before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your awareness that you lose the right of withdrawal upon full performance. InvoPulse does not use this waiver mechanism: you retain your full right of withdrawal for 14 days from contract conclusion, even if you use Pro features immediately after payment confirmation. Upon timely withdrawal, we refund the full purchase price without deducting any usage compensation.
